Initial Consultation
During our first meeting, whether via video call or in person, we take the time to understand your needs and discuss the details of your project. At this stage, the involvement of all parties is crucial, and reference examples are welcomed. Our specialists can also provide recommendations, share ideas, and discuss possible solutions tailored to your requirements to help guide the discussion. We explore potential collaboration options and determine the next steps based on the selected service.
Project Evaluation
If you already have a design project, we calculate product and service costs, agree on timelines, and finalize terms. If you don’t have one, we provide preliminary cost and timeline estimates and offer a full design project or concept design by our specialists.
Order Confirmation
Once technical details and commercial terms are confirmed, the order is officially recorded in our system. Order confirmation and receipt of the deposit payment initiate production and services. Please note that the deposit secures production slots and allows us to proceed with the next steps.
Site Survey
A specialist visits the site to inspect the premises and take measurements of spaces and essential elements. This process is crucial for accurate calculations, design planning, and production preparation. During the survey, technical aspects may arise that require coordination with related contractors. If ongoing construction work affects installation parameters, additional site visits may be necessary.
Sign Off
After the site survey, necessary adjustments are made to the drawings. All order details are carefully rechecked, including the list of products and services, dimensions, selected materials, and their availability. We then prepare the final document package for client review and signature.
Manufacturing & Execution
At this stage, the production of items and execution of agreed services begin. All processes are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and agreed timelines. Quality control is conducted at every stage to ensure the final result meets client expectations.
Delivery
Delivery to the site usually takes up to two weeks. Our specialists at the factory have years of experience in secure protective packaging, ensuring the safety of items during transportation. We work with trusted logistics partners who make every effort to minimize delivery times. We notify the client in advance about the scheduled delivery date.
Installation
The date and time of the installation are coordinated with the client based on available time slots. Installation work is carried out by qualified specialists in accordance with approved drawings and technical requirements. During the installation process, special attention is given to assembly precision, secure fittings, and the functionality of mechanisms. We also ensure proper coordination of work sequences with related contractors and maintain cleanliness at the site.
Project Completion
Once the installation is complete, the client reviews the order, and we promptly address any potential defects if necessary. The final payment confirms the full completion of the project. We also recommend formal documentation to acknowledge project completion and establish mutual obligations. Where possible, we arrange a professional photoshoot of the completed project for our portfolio and marketing materials, always respecting client confidentiality and complying with any privacy requirements.
